0PromoRecords is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. 0PromoRecords is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
In no event shall 0PromoRecords be liable for any damages in excess of the fees you have paid to us, or if you have not paid any fees, then one hundred dollars (USD 100).
